March Teammate Highlights
In addition to celebrating our anniversary this month we’ve celebrated the birthdays of a few key players in the RawMaxx team.
Meet Analy, She has been working as an Accountant at RawMaxx for four years now, and she enjoys the process of crunching numbers and ensuring that they fit perfectly like a puzzle. She takes pride in achieving perfection in her work.
Aside from her work, she also appreciates the human aspect of her coworkers and enjoys being part of a team that treats each other like family and friends.
As a wife and mother of two children, she cherishes her family life and spends her free time doing home improvement projects, and is an active gym goer.
Next, Meet Maryle, She has been working at the company for five years now and currently holds the position of Drafting and Engineering Manager.
Her responsibilities include overseeing the department’s processes and creating virtual drawings for each trailer, ensuring that everything is working correctly.
In her free time, she enjoys studying and learning new things, including English and psychology. She also likes to spend time at her restaurant, where in turn she has learnt the importance of serving quality meals and to ensure the customers satisfaction, something she strives to bring to her work at RawMaxx too.
And finally, Meet Francis, He’s our marketing professional who has been working for RawMaxx for over a year.
Photography has been his hobby for the past 10 years and being able to turn it into a full-time job is one of the greatest rewards of his life.
When he has free time, he loves to travel and explore new places. Last summer, he went backpacking through Europe alone, which was an unforgettable experience for him.

So as we celebrate the birthdays of our colleagues and enjoy the festivities, let’s also take a moment to appreciate the incredible work that goes into building the trailers that keep our customers moving forward.
RawMaxx Manufacturing Process
When it comes to the process of building trailers at RawMaxx, it all starts with drafting and 3D modeling. The team begins by drawing a prototype of the trailer, ensuring that every detail has the necessary structural integrity to support the trailer’s weight and withstand the stresses it will encounter on the road.
Using 3D modeling software, the team is able to create a virtual representation of the trailer, allowing them to test and refine the design before any physical work begins. This helps to identify and correct any potential issues before they become costly problems later in the process.
Overall, the drafting and 3D modeling stage is critical in ensuring that the final product meets the high standards of quality and durability that RawMaxx is known for.
Next we go to the The RawMaxx prep department that plays a critical role in the trailer-building process, and precision is key. That’s why everything in the department is cut using state-of-the-art CNC laser, press break, and CNC lathe machines.
These cutting-edge machines ensure that every component is made with absolute precision, from the hinges and pins to the latches and bushings, including our famous slam latches. This attention to detail and accuracy ensures that every component fits together perfectly, resulting in a finished trailer that meets the high standards of quality that RawMaxx is known for.
With the use of advanced technology and skilled technicians, the prep department is able to consistently produce components that are of the highest quality and durability. Whether it’s cutting metal to size or shaping it into the required form, every step is carried out with a commitment to precision and excellence.
Overall, the RawMaxx prep department is an integral part of the trailer-building process, and their commitment to precision and accuracy ensures that every trailer that leaves the factory is of the highest quality.
The RawMaxx welding department is where the trailer puzzle pieces are seamlessly fused together to form a durable and reliable product. Precision and accuracy are key elements of the department’s work, and every effort is made to ensure that each trailer is built to the highest standards of quality.
To achieve this level of precision, every part is meticulously drafted and prepped using computer numerical control (CNC) technology. This ensures that every piece fits together perfectly like a puzzle, with tabs and slots that eliminate the need for measuring tapes and guesswork.
The skilled welders at RawMaxx use state-of-the-art equipment and advanced techniques to create clean and strong welds, with no gaps or inconsistencies that could compromise the trailer’s structural integrity. They employ a range of welding methods, including spot welding and MIG welding, to handle even the most complex or challenging welding jobs.
Overall, the welding department’s commitment to precision and excellence is evident in every trailer that leaves the factory, thanks to the use of CNC and laser cutting technology, and the skills of the welders who take pride in their work.
The next step is Quality Control. The QC inspection department at RawMaxx is responsible for ensuring that every trailer that leaves the factory meets our high standards of quality and safety. This is a critical step in the trailer-building process, as it ensures that everything up to this point has been done properly and accurately.
