At its core, the HDX GN is built on a massive 12″ x 19 lb. I-beam main frame, paired with a 12″ x 19 lb. I-beam gooseneck and reinforced cross-members for maximum rigidity under load. The dump bed features 10-gauge formed steel walls, a 7-gauge steel floor, and a 24″ side height, creating a bed that’s built to take abuse from rock, debris, and equipment without flinching.
Dumping power is handled by a heavy-duty scissor hoist with a 6″ x 30″ hydraulic cylinder, delivering a confident 48° tilt angle through a power up / power down hydraulic system driven by a KTI 12V pump. A 3-way rear gate with EZ Slam latches, 7’ slide-in channel ramps, and welded D-rings around the perimeter give you flexibility for both dumping and equipment loading.
Underneath, the HDX GN runs on dual 10,000 lb. spring axles with electric brakes, 10-ply tires on dual black mod wheels, and a 6-leaf slipper spring suspension for stability and control at full capacity. Standard features like rear stabilizer legs, manual tarp kit, all-weather wiring, DOT-approved LED lighting, and a 27M deep-cycle battery with onboard charger keep the trailer ready for long days and hard conditions.
With available upgrades including Hutch suspension, 12K axles, hydraulic jacks, electric flip tarp, and wireless remote, the HDX GN can be configured to match the demands of your operation.
