July Teammate Highlight

Gaby

Meet Gaby, an invaluable member of our RawMaxx family who has been with us since September 2018. Starting as an assistant in the design and engineering department, Gaby quickly proved her talent and dedication, taking on more responsibilities and challenges as her knowledge grew. Today, she proudly oversees complete production lines, ensuring that our trailers are meticulously crafted, with the highest standards of quality and precision.

As RawMaxx continues to grow, Gaby finds herself in an exciting transition phase, passing the baton of her long-held production lines to a new colleague. Her commitment to the success of her fellow teammates shines through, as she takes on the role of trainer and mentor, ensuring a smooth transition and supporting the newcomers to the RawMaxx family.

Beyond her professional achievements she leads a fulfilling and content life outside of work. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she loves spending time with her loved ones, visiting her parents, brothers, and their families. One of her greatest joys is playing with her nephews, creating cherished memories with the next generation.

Gaby’s determination extends to her family’s aspirations as well. Together with her husband, they are focused on building a prosperous future. She helps her husband in their restaurant, and on Saturdays sometimes brings food for her colleagues, from their kitchen.

As we celebrate the achievements of our team members, Gaby stands as a shining example of growth and dedication. Her contributions to RawMaxx have left a lasting impact, and we are grateful to have her as part of our journey.

Annais

Meet Annais, our Human Resources Manager at RawMaxx. With a remarkable tenure of 4 and a half years, Annais serves with commitment to ensure the well-being of our entire RawMaxx team.

Starting as an administrative assistant alongside Adry and Analy, Annais quickly demonstrated her exceptional skills and took on various responsibilities within the company. From covering maternity leave, to the purchasing department, to handling export and import tasks. Annais showcased her adaptability and eagerness to learn.

As the company experienced rapid growth, Annais found herself managing both HR, and customs procedures simultaneously.

Annais firmly believes that actions speak louder than words, and she leads by example, always striving to contribute positively to the company, and create a supportive work environment.

Outside of work, Annais embraces a positive mindset and aims to make a difference in every aspect of her life. She finds immense support and motivation from her husband and children, who are her pillars of strength.

After almost 5 years with RawMaxx, Annais’s love for her job and the company continues to grow. Her unwavering dedication to her role, and the success of the company exemplify the values we uphold at RawMaxx.

Erick

Meet Erick, our Prep Manager at RawMaxx. He’s been here since day day one. With an impressive tenure of 6 and a half years, Erick has been an integral part of our team since the very beginning. His commitment and loyalty to the company are truly commendable.

Starting as an assistant in the prep department, Erick’s passion for machines and operations quickly became evident. He found great joy in operating the laser and bending machines, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and expand his knowledge.

As the current supervisor of the material preparation area, Erick plays a vital role in ensuring that our materials are properly prepared and ready for production. His meticulous attention to detail and expertise in machine operations contribute to the smooth workflow and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Beyond his dedication to RawMaxx, Erick cherishes his time spent with his daughter and wife. He holds a strong vision for his future, working diligently towards establishing his own mechanical shop in the coming years.

Erick’s unwavering commitment to RawMaxx since day one, is a testament to his dedication and passion for his work. We are immensely grateful for his loyalty and the invaluable contributions he has made to our team over the years.

Jimmy  

In this edition of our RawMaxx newsletter, we are excited to introduce you to Jimmy, our newest team member who joined us on June 5th, 2023. As the head of the warranty and parts department, Jimmy plays a crucial role in ensuring that every load leaves our facility with the right trailers, tires, couplers, ramps, and everything in between. His keen eye for detail and dedication to precision ensure that our customers receive the best possible products, ready to embark on their hauling journeys with confidence.

Beyond the world of trailers and parts, Jimmy leads an active and adventurous life. You’ll often find him hitting the gym, staying in top shape to tackle any challenge that comes his way. When he’s not busy at work, he loves embracing the great outdoors, going camping with friends, or spending relaxing days at the lake with loved ones.
